Throughout the night, Artsakh continued to conduct reconnaissance and fire operations in the areas of the Azerbaijani army groups—and owing to which a large amount of adversary ammunition and manpower were neutralized.

Friday morning after midnight, Azerbaijani forces tried to launch a new attack in the southeastern direction, but it was stopped by the Artsakh army units. The adversary forces attempted to succeed also in the northern part of the front line, but this was stopped as well. Here the adversary forces suffered heavy losses.....

An Armenian civilian Misha Melkumyan, 84, captured by the Azerbaijani armed forces, died this night, Armenian Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan wrote on his Facebook Friday morning.

“Taking into account all the evidence and facts on inhuman treatment and cruelty of Armenians captured by Azerbaijani Armed Forces, the reasonable assumption on the reason of our compatriot’s death becomes clear,” Tatoyan added.

Earlier, the Ombudsman refuted claims that the Armenian side refused to receive the 84-year-old civilian.

Karabakh Defense Army have captured another terrorist, even the momentary questioning of which dispels all doubts about the existence of terrorists on the Azerbaijani frontline.

The captured Islamist-extremist terrorist is Mhreb Mohammad Alshkheri, who is originally from the Syrian city of Hamma.

Alshkheri is married with three children. He admits that he and 250 other terrorists were sent from Turkey to the Azerbaijan-Artsakh frontline on October 19. They were promised $2,000, but weren’t paid....

The deployment of Russian peacekeepers could become an "optimal solution" to the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh), Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in an interview with The Daily Telegraph.

"I am in favor of deployment of Russian peacekeepers in the conflict zone," Pashinyan said. "But the problem is that deployment of Russian peacekeepers in the conflict zone needs to be acceptable to all sides of the conflict."....

Meeting of Foreign Minister of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs commenced Friday in Geneva, Switzerland.

The United States is deeply disappointed that the sides have failed to adhere to the ceasefire, Courtney Austrian, Deputy Chief of US Mission to the OSCE Permanent Council, Vienna, stated this at the Permanent Council on Thursday, presenting the US statement regarding the conflict in and around Artsakh....

Members of the Turkish nationalist Gray Wolves organization and movement took to the streets in Dijon, France, with threats of violence against Armenians, the Central Council of the Armenian National Committee (ANC) of France reported.....

One of the members of the Belgian Federal Parliament has found himself under shelling in Nagorno Karabakh, TASS reported, citing its sources.

"The MP was indeed in Karabakh; he was not injured," said the agency's interlocutor, adding, however, that the lawmaker's name is not mentioned for security reasons.

Germany will allocate 2 million euros to the International Committee of the Red Cross to provide humanitarian aid to Nagorno-Karabakh, said German FM Heiko Maas.

"The Red Cross, which is currently the only humanitarian organization that has access to the conflict-hit region, has asked the international community to allocate 9 million euro in urgent aid. Germany will allocate 2 million euros," Maas said.....
