The Syrian mercenary has been detained in Artsakh on suspicion of committing criminal acts.

The Investigative Committee of Armenia continues to investigate the criminal case and the investigative body has made a decision to include Syrian citizen Muhhrab Muhammad Al Shkher in this criminal case as an accused.

During his interrogation, the Syrian citizen confessed to the Investigative Committee of Armenia, the Azerbaijani military told the Syrian mercenaries that they must fight against the Armenians.

He noted they had been promised a monthly payment of $ 2,000 and another bonus of $ 100 for each severed head of the 'kafir'.

According to him, they were told not to leave anyone alive in an Armenian village.

Hostilities with various intensities took place during the night on the Artsakh-Azerbaijani front line.

The attempt of Azerbaijan to attack in the direction of Shushi on Sunday was prevented as well.....

As of Monday afternoon, the Armenian side death toll has exceeded 1,100.

The Artsakh defense army deputy commander Artur Sargsyan and Artsakh hero, Colonel Sergey Shakaryan have been killed as a result of the Azerbaijani-Turkish aggression.

Meanwhile, the Artsakh 59-year-old villager has been killed at home in Azerbaijani shelling during the weekends.

The government of Armenia has submitted additional evidence to the ECHR about the gross violations of human rights by Azerbaijani forces.

The Armenian government has expressed its readiness to comply with the humanitarian ceasefire deals reached by the parties of armed conflict earlier in October with the purpose to exchange POWs and corpses.

The government of Armenia has also submitted new evidence to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) substantiating the failure of the Azerbaijani government to comply with the ECHR decision on September 29 on the implementation of an immediate interim measure in accordance with Rule 39 of the ECHR.

Artsakh MFA has issued a statement condemning the use of phosphorus munitions by Azerbaijan.

"Contrary to its statements that the purpose of the Azerbaijani armed forces is supposedly only military facilities, official Baku in fact resorts to terror tactics against the civilian population of Artsakh," the statement noted. "It is necessary to consider the consistent refusal of the Azerbaijani side to comply with the humanitarian truce since the continuation of hostilities allows the Baku authorities to further terrorize the civilian population of Artsakh."
