The military police are preparing materials to find out the circumstances of this incident.
SEARCHES
The search for the bodies of the servicemen who fell during the recent hostilities and for those who are considered missing has resumed Tuesday in the Hadrut Region of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
The total number of bodies found so far during the search operations at the Artsakh regions, settlements, and combat position areas now occupied by Azerbaijan after the recent war, as well as of the bodies transferred by Azerbaijan is 1,518; and according to preliminary data, 23 of them are of civilians.
CC
The Constitutional Court (CC) on Tuesday was examining — based on the petitions by second President Robert Kocharyan and the Yerevan court of the first instance — the matter of constitutionality of Article 300.1 of the Criminal Code of Armenia - under which Kocharyan was charged.
Two Constitutional Court judges today asked to verbally examine Kocharyan's petition. However, the court has decided to consider the matter in writing.
On July 18, 2019, the Constitutional Court had decided to suspend the proceedings to determine this matter and petitioned the European Court of Human Rights and the Venice Commission for respective opinions.
According to the Venice Commission, there is no single approach in international practice to the wording of crimes against the constitutional order.
A session of the Constitutional Court was set for July 7, 2020. But the National Assembly (NA) has submitted a petition to the court, asking it to push back this examination, noting that NA needed to get familiarized with the opinion of the Venice Commission.

Also, 24 more deaths from COVID-19 were registered, making the respective total 3,384 cases.
The number of people who have recovered over the past one day is 451, the total respective number so far is 169,172.
