John Greenewald Jr. is one of them. He submitted his first Freedom of Information act request on UFOs when he was 15 years old. Now, 27 years later, he runs an online database called "The Black Vault" with more than 3 million declassified government documents. Greenewald says he's "encouraged" by the hearings, but he wants Congress to "turn up the heat" and get testimony from agency leaders.
