DESCRIPTION
Tom Ellis is a Partner in the Salford Law Firm Aughton Ainsworth. He represented Nadia Eweida, a British Airways employee, who fought for the right to wear a cross to work. She argued the cross was a manifestation of her religious beliefs and refused to remove it. After losing her case in the British courts she took it to the European Court of Human Rights.
