YouTube Description
as posted by the channelStephen Jackson was supposed to be a voice of social justice in the wake of George Floyd’s death.
He was supposed to have matured and not be the guy who got into the fight in the Malice in the Palace, not be the guy who fired a handgun outside of a strip club.
Instead, Stephen Jackson hopped on Instagram and said Jews own all the money in the banks and also said no NFL owners have said anything about the murder of George Floyd.
Both of those things, obviously and stupidly, not true.
Yet, Stephen Jackson continues to endorse the Desean Jackson statements and said Jackson didn’t say anything wrong at all.
Someone explain to me how you can be a member of a social justice organization, ostensibly. A leader of the organization in the athletic field and not condemn anti-semitism.
It’s worse than not condemning — remember silence is complicity? He wasn’t even silent, he said I support what Desean Jackson said.
All of this is a sham. It’s a house of cards. It is a complete, woke pyramid that would collapse — and should collapse — if you clap your hands aside it because there is no substance, consistency, or legitimacy to it.
It is not about trying to make the world a better place, it’s about trying to be a victim.
As soon as you’re not a victim, you aren’t interested in actually trying to self-assessing and making the world a better place.
People get mad at me because I hold everyone to the same standard.
If you are racist against black people, I condemn you.
If you are racist against Asian people, I condemn you.
If you are racist against Hispanic people, I condemn you.
If you are racist against white people, I condemn you.
If you are anti-semitic against Jews, I condemn you.
If you are opposed to someone based on their religion, I condemn you.
All of that I am consistent in. You can accuse me of a lot, but hypocrisy is not my sin.
It is the sin of almost all of the athletes and the members of the woke sports media who by and large pick and choose which stories to cover whether or not there is a victimization angle which they believe fulfills their world view.
It is not hard to treat everyone the same, it’s really not.
in this country, we try and act like it is always 1965.
The reality is, 2020 race relations are far more complicated, they aren’t just black and white.
We have black, white, Asian, and Hispanic people.
There are more Hispanic people in the United States than black people.
All of us can live together in a common spirit of mutual humanity and understanding but it requires that we all apply the same rules to everyone as opposed to creating different rules for different people based on their identity.
What we are creating in America right now is the equivalent, feudal system where, if you remember back in the day, people would introduce themselves by their titles.
In Europe, it was a big deal if you were a count, or a lord, or a viscount. It was your titles that gave you legitimacy.
How often do you see people now say, as a Hispanic, transgender, feminist, I believe.
I don’t care about your identity. I care if your facts that support your opinions and you can make good arguments or cases for what you believe in.
Standing up and announcing your identity before you give me your opinion, doesn’t in any way impact what I think of your opinion.
