Rachel Johnson begins by addressing Michael Beloff's opening speech saying that he omitted certain details such as in 1922 the first motion of women being considered admittance to be members of the Oxford Union. In the meeting one speaker said that women were only capable of voting for the man they found most handsome. Also, a motion was passed saying that women's colleges should be burnt to the ground. She goes on to say that not all people in this country are feminists and uses Mary Berry as an example quoting her saying "Feminism is a dirty word". There are only 2 women as CEO's of the top 100 FTSE companies; women are 66% of the workforce, but receive 10% of the world's income. She concludes by stating that we are not all feminists.
