Frank Luntz speaks in opposition of the motion that This House believes that American interventionism has done more harm than good. Mr Luntz is an American political pollster and communicatons consultant - usually for the Republican party, though not exclusively.

Mr Luntz graduated with a doctorate in Politics from Trinity College Oxford.
