Congressman Himes is the ranking member on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. He has represented Connecticut's 4th congressional district since 2009. He is also a member of the House Financial Services Committee.
Rep Himes graduated from Edmund Hall Oxford in 1990 with a Masters in Philosophy.
