Speaking with NATO secretary general Mark Rutte during a meeting at the White House, the US president said: "We've made a deal today where we are going to be sending them weapons, and they're going to be paying for them.
Trump also said he was "very unhappy" with Russia, and threatened "severe tariffs" of "about 100%" if there isn't a deal to end the war in Ukraine within 50 days.
