In today’s episode of Figuring Out, we have Siddharth Maheshwari in conversation with Raj Shamani. He is the co-founder of Newton School which is an ed-tech platform that is building a futuristic online university. Their goal is to help the youth of India get their dream job or create their dream career.

We also talked about what is the alternative to earning a high income if you don’t get into a good college, 5 skills everyone should learn that are valuable even after the next 5 years, and who should be your target audience to build a profitable business. He also shared the top 3 things everyone should focus on to go ahead in their job or career.
We talked about what a beginner should learn to earn 6-figures in coding, how companies like Apple and Google hire employees, and without a degree how can people make a career in coding. We then talked about how we can secure our careers and not get replaced by AI. We also discussed why India doesn’t have companies like Google and what is the definition of a good job.
