Part 2 discusses excerpts from the historic speech by the Director of the U.S. Office of Government Ethics, Walter Shaub, who rejected President Trump's remedy for the appearance of financial self-dealing by handing over operations for his businesses to his sons. Shaub cited The 1978 Ethics in Government Act, and rulings by the United States Supreme Court to suggest that President Trump is in violation of the Constitution and U.S. law.
