In a fancy televised ceremony in the Rose Garden, Obama treated Bergdahl (and his heavily bearded, America-hating Muslim convert father) like heroes.
But as many conservatives predicted at the time -- and were slammed for it -- Bergdahl turned out to be a traitor. He has finally been charged with desertion.
Did you know that in exchange for Bergdahl, the Pentagon paid almost a million dollars in ransom and arranged a Taliban terrorist prisoner swap?
