I call it "the Festival of Darkness." Earth Hour isn't as cool as it used to be: This year in Toronto, power use was down only 3.5%, far less than the 15% mark back when the annual event was fashionable.
On the other side of the country, someone snapped a picture of one of David Suzuki's four homes at the height of Earth Hour, which shows his house "with lights blazing."
