Of course not. These ambitions were actually legalized, and just put on hold. The inspection provisions are a joke and nothing will be shut down. Plus the US will free up billions of dollars in formerly frozen Iranian assets.
How did Iran's official state news agency report the agreement? They called it "triumphant." Obama helped them rebrand their nuclear program as peaceful. He's practically been acting as Iran's lawyer, spinning the deal to make it sound better.
