1:47Now PlayingEzra Levant of TheRebel.media reports on one way London, England wants to deal with Uber: They're proposing a mandatory 5-minute wait.
In other words: The traditional "black cabs" shouldn't have to get better -- Uber should have to get worse, to "level the playing field." It reminds Levant of the terrifying Kurt Vonnegut story called "Harrison Bergeron," about a future in which "everybody was finally equal" -- because the strong, smart and talented were intentionally handicapped.
