They think the reason far too many people continue to drive is because it doesn't cost enough so they're prepared to do something about it.
But, it already costs us plenty to drive as I explain in my report.
Those pushing a green agenda don't really care though because it costs them nothing to test out their useless theories even if it costs you everything.
