Recall Justin's words about how China could turn their economy around on a dime in order to go green whenever they wanted? They haven't and China continues to grow as one of the world's largest emitters of green-house gases.
Some in the business community who were used to the easy way of Chretien when it came to China, didn't like it when Harper actually took principled stands and set standards when dealing with China on human rights issues.
It's hard to understand why Prime Minister Trudeau is so effusive in his praise of China and why he appears to be getting so cozy with them. They're not our friends and do we really want them thinking otherwise?
