As part of his reporting in Paris after the November 13 terrorist attacks, Ezra Levant talked to some young local journalists whose opinions are pretty commonplace among the French elite.
They condemned all religions, not just Islam, and insisted that Muslim terrorists were a tiny minority of lunatics.
"It's completely silly to say the Koran is violent," one insists. They blamed French and US foreign policy for destabilizing Syria and the rest of the region. Disaffected French Muslims, they say, just need jobs and better schools.
