The Liberals are vowing to "put a price on carbon;" how will that effect ordinary Canadians, especially since many provinces already have carbon taxes. Is Trudeau mulling a federal version too? Rona Ambrose has many questions, and rightly so.
Climate change wasn't a big part of the Liberals' election campaign, instead focusing on "the middle class." Now they're talking about a tax that could hurt those Canadians the most and making climate change a top priority.
