Transferred fat has no blood supply of its own at first. It survives on the tissue you place it into. So before we ever reach an operating room, we work on what determines whether that tissue can support a graft: inflammation, sleep, protein, lymphatic drainage. That's the SHARP method.
The common denominator was never how much fat they had. It was whether the tissue was ready.
