The treadmill endpoint compared five treated mice with six controls. Treated mice stopped more often and contacted the grid more often, which the authors interpreted as fatigue-like behavior. The mice had no breast implants or bacterial biofilm. These findings support biological plausibility under experimental conditions. They do not establish human fatigue, a human-equivalent exposure, diagnosis, or treatment.
