The treadmill endpoint compared five treated mice with six controls. This strengthens biological plausibility, but it does not prove that 10-HOME causes the complete human BII symptom picture. It does not show that experimental dosing matches human exposure or that blocking 10-HOME would improve patient symptoms. The conclusion belongs to the mouse model, not directly to patients.
