6:30Now PlayingCarolina Panthers owner Jerry Richardson is now under investigation by the NFL for allegations of sexual misconduct.
Sports Illustrated first reported the sexual misconduct allegations as well as the use of a racial slur that resulted in financial settlements with at least four former employees. Richardson is accused of making repeated remarks about female employees' physical appearances and touching other female employees inappropriately as he insisted on buckling their seatbelts for them.
