Rev. Barber believes that we must get to the root of "structural and systemic racism." He told Roland during Monday's edition of the Tom Joyner morning show, "If we are going to call for him [Gov. Ralph Northam] to resign over something in '84 ... we're going to have to call for some of these folk to resign today that are standing against fixing the Voting Rights Act -- who are standing against living wages, who are standing against healthcare ..."
