4:30Now PlayingCrystal Mason, the 43-year-old Black woman who was convicted of tax fraud in 2011, charges with working illegally in the 2016 presidential election was recently charged with an old sewage violation.
The sewage violation violated her parole and would have kept her behind bars. Friday on #RolandMartinUnfiltered, Mason's attorney, Kim Cole told Roland Martin the bogus sewer violation has been tossed out. Cole also shared that the bureau of prisons is resubmitting Mason’s application to be transferred to a halfway house.
