During Monday's edition of #RolandMartinUnfiltered, Roland spoke with Dr. Tiffany Crutcher, Terence Crutcher's sister and her attorney, Demario Solomon-Simmons about the DOJ's decision.
Crutcher told Roland, "It was very devastating" to hear the Department of Justice's ruling on her brother's case.
