5:03Now PlayingThe Virginia Democratic Party has refused a donation from Democratic Lt. Governor Justin Fairfax. Fairfax's political action committee tried to buy a $2500 table at a Democratic Party dinner. The party said they were "not comfortable" accepting the donation at this time.
Fairfax has been accused of sexual assault by two women going back 19 years.
Fairfax spokeswoman, Lauren Victoria Burke said, "He is innocent and has passed two polygraphs and repeatedly called for an investigation." She added, the Virginia Democratic Party "has assumed he is guilty of a violent criminal act with no investigation or even a conversation to ascertain his version of events."
