Mueller: Charging Trump 'Not An Option We Could Consider', Report Did Not Exonerate The President

Robert Mueller spoke for the first time on Wednesday.

In addition to saying the investigation and his job is ending, Mueller dropped another bombshell about Donald Trump's guilt or innocence and addressed why Department of Justice policy prevented him from charging a sitting president with a crime.

Mueller told reporters during a press conference at the Department of Justice, "If we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so."
