On Tuesday, Mason's appeared before three Republican judges on the Texas Court of Appeals today to argue that she was wrongly convicted and ask for a new trial.
Crystal Mason and her attorney Kim Cole spoke with Roland Martin about their ongoing fight against Texas Republicans who are determined to send Mason to jail for unknowingly voting illegally.
