African American girls say that Washington, D.C. schools' dress codes unfairly target them.

Rules that are often enforced are being enforced in uneven ways, and Black girls are disproportionately targeted, according to a report from the National Women's Law Center.

Nia Evans, author of that report spoke with Roland Martin during Wednesday's edition of #RolandMartinUnfiltered about the disproportionate ways the school dress code is being applied.
