For the first time since taking office, Donald Trump visited Chicago on Monday.

Trump spoke at the International Association of Chiefs of Police Conference at McCormick Place, addressing a wide range of topics during his rambling speech. The nation's bully-in-cheif spent time bashing Chicago and the city's top cop, Eddie Johnson who according to Trump is "not doing his job."
