2:01Now PlayingAshland, Oregon Where 47 Year Old Richard Keegan has pleaded Not Guilty in the killing of 19 year old Aidan Ellison.
On November 23rd around 4 a.m. Keegan and Ellison were both staying at the Statford Inn when Keegan confronted the teen for playing his music "too loud" in the hotel's parking lot. At some point Keegan then opened fire and shot Ellison in the chest. Killing him on the scene.
Keegan has been charged with First degree manslaughter, second degree murder, unlawful possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment.
