Now that Democrats are in control of all three branches of government, Roland Martin says they "better wield that damn power."

COVID relief, voting rights and a myriad of other issues that Republicans, mainly Sen. Mitch McConnell have kept from being brought to the floor of the Senate for a vote are all now within reach.

With Republicans are plotting to steal the 2022 election by implementing a vast array of voter suppression tactics at the state level, the only way to "stop the steal" would be to pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Act.

Will Democrats have the guts to stand up and make it happen? If they don't the Democratic party could be in for a rude awakening in 2022 and in 2024.
