Cop In Rayshard Brooks Shooting Reinstated; Roland, #RMU Legal Panel Deconstruct The Decision

The fired officer responsible for the death of Rayshard Brooks has his job back.

Garrett Rolfe's termination has been reversed by The Atlanta Civil Service Board due to the city "failing to afford his right to due process."

He also sued Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms and police chief Rodney Bryant claiming he used deadly force "within the scope and course of his duties."

Rolfe shot Brooks as he was running away in a Wendy's parking lot on June 12.

He is facing 11 charges, including felony murder.

The Brook's family attorney addressed the media today following news of the officer's reinstatement.
