In this video, Officer Rory Spain is dragging and then punching Tyreana Edmonds in the throat while trying to detain her.
Officers were called to Walmart for reports of a fight between 5-6 people.
Once they arrived on the scene, employees allege they were pepper-sprayed and threatened by Edmonds and her sister.
Edmonds' mugshot hasn't been released, but she is charged with second-degree attempted assault of a police officer, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and obstruction of governmental administration.
