22-year-old Amir Locke was shot when police were executing a no-knock warrant connected to a homicide investigation, that he was not a suspect. Amir did not have a criminal record.
It was less than 15 seconds from the time the officers opened the door before shooting Amir.
We want to warn you this video you are about to see is disturbing. If you are easily triggered or have children in the room, this is the time to look away and get them out.
Officer Mark Hanneman has been identified as who fired the fatal shots.
The autopsy said Locke died of multiple gunshot wounds and classified his death as a homicide.
