In November, Pamela Moses was found guilty of illegally registering to vote in 2019.
Mose was permanently deemed ineligible to vote in Tennessee because of her 2015 tampering with evidence conviction.
But here's the kicker, Moses only voted because of a mistake by the state's department of correction.
On Friday, Roland spoke with Moses' attorney, Dr. Bede Anyanwu, and activist Dawn Harrington, the Executive Director of Free Hearts about this disturbing case.
