Solomon Pena was arrested following a police standoff with SWAT on Monday.
Pena is a 2020 Election denier, and MAGA Republican stands accused of conspiring with Jose and Demetrio Trujillo, along with two other unidentified men, to shoot at the homes of 2 county commissioners, Adriann Barboa, former Commissioner Debbie O'Malley, and two state legislators, state Rep. Javier Martinez, and state Sen. Linda Lopez.
Pena is charged with four counts of shooting at a dwelling, shooting at or from a motor vehicle, and conspiracy to commit a shooting at a dwelling, and one count each of possession of a firearm by a felon, attempt to commit aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal solicitation to commit a shooting at a dwelling.
No one was injured in any of the shootings.
