The officers involved were Tim Zellers and Sgt. Todd Stanley. Stanley, the one delivering the blows, has been placed on administrative leave.
Latinka Hancock's attorney, Michael Wright, the Managing Partner at Wright and Schulte spoke with Roland Martin about the disturbing attack.
