LEGAL NIGHTMARE: FL Cop PLANTS EVIDENCE To Justify Black Man's Arrest. Incident Caught On BodyCam

In Tallahassee, Florida a routine traffic story for Calvin Riley Sr. turned into a legal nightmare when Tallahassee Police Department officers allegedly planted evidence to justify his arrest for driving under the influence, (DUI).

Body camera footage reveal one of the officers, 26-year-old Tallahassee Police Officer Kiersten Oliver pouring out a sealed bottle of liquor and tossing it into Riley passenger seat before claiming it was evidence of an opened container in his car. In the midst of the traffic stop, the officer told Riley that he smelled like marijuana, which Riley immediately denied. Citing to the officer that he does not smoke weed. Despite Riley's refusal to perform a voluntary field sobriety test, officers proceeded with the arrest, citing a suspended license and the alleged discovery of alcohol in his vehicle. However further investigation exposed discrepancies in the officers' actions, with no policy supporting their handling of evidence, casting doubt on the legitimacy of the arrest.

Riley's legal team faces challenges defending him because, even with all of the evidence that the officers were playing dirty, the judge is allowing the bottle of liquor to remain admissible.

Calvin Riley, Sr.'s jury trial began Friday, April 5th.
