Donald Trump has proposed that white Americans should receive reparations as "victims" of what he calls racial discrimination in educational institutions. Trump vowed to pursue federal civil rights actions against schools and colleges that he claims engage in “unlawful discrimination under the guise of equity.”
He warned that institutions engaging in these practices could face tax penalties on their endowments, and proposed that portions of these funds be reallocated as restitution for affected white Americans. "Colleges have received billions from taxpayers, and now we’re going to get this anti-American insanity out of our institutions," Trump declared. "We’re bringing real education back to America.”
