Video from an arrest after a Juneteenth celebration sparked outrage after showing several police officers detaining a Black 15-year-old girl, with one officer kneeling on her neck while she was being handcuffed. Police later released body-camera footage and said the incident remains under review. The officer involved was placed on paid leave. Roland Martin and the panel condemned the force used, saying police escalated rather than deescalated and warning that the trauma extends beyond visible injuries.
