Short answer:
It takes an enormous amount of explosives to drop a span hitting at the right place.
And any bridge worth targeting is worth defending, so now you have to fly into enemy air defenses who are ready for you.
And while a bridge might seem massive when you are standing on it,
It looks a lot different from bombing height, especially when people are shooting at you.
And finally, the threat of attack forces the Russians to protect the bridge which keeps SAM systems away from the battlefield.
