The white stripes on tank barrels are called "Kill rings." They were first used by the German Army during World War Two to signify the number of enemy vehicles destroyed, although this may have just been done for propaganda purposes.
The video details a Russian Tank unit that was defeated in detail. Around 2:42 the Ukrainian after-action video shows a tank with what may be four kill rings on the barrel.
