as posted by the channelFor Bachelor Chow, you'll need:
2 lbs ground beef
1 can of tomato paste
2 cans of kidney beans
1 can of taco seasoning (to taste)
Add the 2 pounds of ground beef to a skillet. Brown the meat.
Empty the fat into another container when the meat is browned. Discard the fat.
Add the can of tomato paste.
Add the kidney beans.
Cover for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
If desired, add the taco seasoning at the end and enjoy.
