SS: Yep and they don't have a lot of coveted right now of course and they're convinced it's not coming back as you know Dave Rubin has uh packed up and is moving to Florida as we speak. And why? Because it's so not woke there and he's going to be moving to the panhandle what they call the red deck riviera where I'm sure- No actually he's not that's a conservative area, he's going to be moving to an area that I'm sure
