I don't know where I'd put it at because Manchin has lied so often and so publicly beforehand but here he is publicly lying on Fox News on Sunday. This was his plan all along, I'll explain that in a moment but here's what he had to say about why he just can't get on board for the provisions that he's known about and has been negotiating with for months now in Build Back Better.
