CDC Director ‘Encouraged’ By Omicron Predominantly Killing People With Health Problems

The right-wing is going nuts over a clip of CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky saying 75% of those who die of COVID have 4 or more comorbidities. However, they are misquoting her because she said 75% of people who die of COVID that are fully vaccinated have 4 or more comorbidities. She's saying that if you're fully vaccinated the chances of you dying of COVID are extremely low but conservatives are using her words to downplay the seriousness of COVID-19.

CDC director Wilensky was on good morning America with Cecilia vega. if you listen to the context in which she says this you can figure out what she's talking about. but the right-wing was so hopped up that when they heard Wollensky say 75% of the people dying have four co-morbidities and they're not talking about like you know they're talking about serious comorbidities. serious comorbidities. they got excited. and skipped over the part that she was saying 75% percent of the people who die are. 75% percent of the people who die who are vaccinated have at least four comorbidities. In other words, it is very hard to die from covid if you are vaccinated. is what she was saying. but they took this to mean that people who were just generally speaking were only dying from covid if they had four comorbidities. Here is that clip that they misinterpreted because they didn't hear the question in the context.
