Smith also pointed to an August 2020 email from U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf, directing investigators to remove mentions of Biden from a search warrant for an investigation involving his son, and he suggested a two-tiered justice system in the U.S. was at play, irrespective of the timing during the Trump administration.
